Transcript Request Form
**Cathedral High School will be closed for Easter break from Thursday, 3/29/18 through Monday 4/9/18. All transcripts submitted during this time will not be processed until we return on 4/9/18. We will try our best to process them the same week, but please allow at least 5 days from the date we return to process and mail. Thank you.
Transcript Requests form can be completed and submitted by clicking here. Please note, this form is only for alumnae, not current students.
Once you have submitted your transcript request form, you can then return to this page to submit your payment through our secure Paypal site by clicking here.
Once your form and payment have been received, please allow 10-12 days for your transcript to be processed and mailed.
