Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s):

As our Second Semester begins, we thank God for being with us in our accomplishments and our challenges.  Shortly, you will be receiving your copy of the "Parent Connection."  It will give you an opportunity to see how Cathedral's mission was given life through the--spiritual, academic, and social--activities of Semester One.  Additional information appears on our website:  www.cathedralhs.org.

When you review your daughter's First Semester Report Card, I hope you and she are pleased with the results.  If not, I encourage you to have your daughter take advantage of tutoring programs inside and outside school.

Again, I am sure you are aware that a settlement has not been reached between the Catholic High School Association and the Teachers' Union (LFA). The Lay Faculty Association (LFA) has decided not to participate in parent-teacher conferences as long as there is no contract.  If you would like to speak with your daughter's guidance counselor and/or any of her teachers, please call Mr. Marino, AP for Academics, and he will schedule an appointment between the hours of 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
