The guitar club is focused on teaching students how to play the guitar and is divided into two groups.  Students who are still starting to learn the basics of the instrument meet on Tuesdays while the ones who could already play open and closed chords meet on Thursdays.

            Below are links to the recordings made by the Thursday group.  The latest recording is a mellowed-down cover of “I Melt With You” which was originally recorded by Modern English.  This recording serves as the club’s last project for the given school year.  The members who contributed to the recording are:  Julia on vocals, Rochelle on rhythm guitar, Indica on lead guitar, and Isabella on percussion, various guitar fills, and last-minute stand-in for bass.

The other recording made is a cover of a song from The Cure, “Just Like Heaven”.  This was the first time the club has recorded a song.  The members who contributed to this specific recording are:  Winnie on vocals, Rochelle on rhythm guitar, Indica on lead guitar, Jill on bass, and Isabella on percussion and various guitar fills.
