Gifts to the CHS Annual fund are considered a charitable donation and therefore tax-deductible.      The 2009-2010 Annual Appeal will run through August 31, 2010                                                       Cathedral Thanks You For Your Support!            *******************************************************************************************************************                Gifts of every size help to sustain Cathedral High School's tradition of excellence.                               Your gift to Cathedral High School can take a variety of forms: Cash / Pledge Gifts:   A tax-deductible gift of cash, check or credit card provides immediate support.   Cash gifts can also be scheduled as monthly, quarterly or weekly payments towards a pledge to Cathedral High School.  You may find that by committing to a pledge gift, you are able to increase the amount of your total gift. Gifts of Securities:   Gifts of appreciated securities offer significant tax advantages to the donor and are easy to arrange. Please contact the office of Development at 212-688-1545 directly to arrange a transfer. Corporate Matching gifts:  Your gift can effortlessly be doubled, or sometimes even tripled, by taking advantage of corporate matching gift programs often available to employees and retirees. Contact your company’s human resources department to obtain a matching gift form and submit it along with your contribution.  You will be acknowledged for the total gift (including the matching gift).  We will also acknowledge your company  for their philanthropic efforts  Click here to see a list of currently participating companies. Charitable Bequests:  Many people would like to help strengthen the long-term viability of Cathedral but feel they cannot afford to make such a gift today.  You will be remembered in the Sr. Mary Raymond Legacy Society  by making a gift in your will or living trust to Cathedral High School.  Please contact the office of Development at 212-688-1545 for more information.  Memorial Gifts:  A loved one who has passed away may be memorialized with a scholarship in their name.  Scholarships of various amounts can be established by contacting the development office at 212-688-1545.
