   On Wednesday, October 23, 2002, Cathedral held its Third Annual Hall of Fame Dinner to raise funds towards academic scholarships and need-based tuition funds. 

     Our honoree, Lynda LaVergne Baquero, 1983 alumna and NBC News Anchor, was honored for her long-term support of Cathedral and our mission.  Other guests for the evening included our speaker,
Lisa Quiroz, Publisher of People En Español and our presenter, Elizabeth Lisboa-Farrow, alumna,
Chair of the U.S. Hispanic Chambers of Congress and President and CEO of Lisboa Associates.

We are grateful to Mutual of America for underwriting the entire event allowing 100% of all
proceeds to  benefit the students of Cathedral High School!
